“C. Wonder is a shopping destination that transports women into a world of luxury and surprises. Created to deliver brightness to every corner of life, C. Wonder offers an entirely new retail experience: clothing, accessories and home decor products of outstanding quality and astonishing value in a setting that excites and inspires.” — quote from the C. Wonder “Our Story” page
I’m not that familiar with retailer C. Wonder. They don’t have too many brick & mortar stores, so their presence is predominantly online. But they seem to lean towards Anthropologie in what they carry; clothing, jewelry, shoes, home & decor. But then they have random stuff, like bikes. Their products look lovely online, and are touted to be very high quality, which demand higher prices. If their products are truly of the quality they boast, they have some pretty good deals happening in their sale section right now, seeing as you can apply code CITRUS at checkout for an extra 30% off. There’s no expiration date set for the code, but it can be pulled at the discretion of the retailer, so… SHOP NOW! If you sign up for their email newsletter your first email will get you free ground shipping, otherwise it’s a flat $8.50 charge. (Update: It appears you can’t use the 30% off code AND redeem the free shipping for the same order. So maybe calculate which gives you the best deal, and use that.) Click here for return details. Onto some picks from the sale…
At first I though those rolled up cuffs were the inside of the blazer sleeves, and was going to give C. Wonder extra points, but alas.. that print is from the underlying shirt. Well regardless, this striped ponte blazer is an easy way to add a bit of sass to an outfit. The contrasting grosgrain trip frames the collar and cuffs nicely, and the gold buttons give a bit of a nautical touch. Still available in S-L.
This cool bib necklace features square cut stones, rather than round or tear-drop that are usually the norm. It gives this piece a more modern feel while still glamorous. Up to an 18″ length.
Betty Draper, I mean Francis, wants her pants back! I love the retro look of these cropped silk trousers. They’re perfect for a super casual outdoor wedding, or an outdoor event that calls for a bit more than denim. They look really great paired with heels, which would probably make them workplace appropriate as well.
Cotton Car Coat – $105 ($198)
The contrasting piping, and the turnlock buttons, make this coat stand out from an ordinary cotton overcoat. Both color combos are really spot on for spring, but the navy/mint is the trendiest. Perfect for this season, while the days are still cool and extra layers are appreciated.
Gusset Tote – $24.49 ($78) or Color Block Tote – $27.99 ($39.99)
Both of these totes are roomy and can easily fit a laptop, some goods from the market, or even baby supplies. A stylish way to carry stuff from point A to point B. I really like the zipper detail around the Gusset Tote (it’s expandable!).
Yes, these are meant to be Christmas ornaments. But didn’t Beth just teach us to buy out of season? I do have good reasoning to feature these here. They make for really cute decor. Hang three in a row with pictures of your kids or pets in an appropriate place. Or hang several in a babies room as wall decor (it’s also available in pink!) with different Sesame Street characters in them. OR, save it until the next holiday season and include it with a gift.
There are lots of fun odds and ends in the C. Wonder Sale section, so make sure to take a look, and use code CITRUS at checkout so you get your 30% additional discount. Happy Shopping!
