Love It: Makeup Samples

As they say, less is more.  For me, this applies to make-up.  I LOVE makeup samples.  It’s a great way to try out a lot of products without going broke.  Many products are available in small sizes, especially at Sephora, Ulta, or other similar cosmetics stores.  Dying to try out the latest fragrance, but not willing to shell out $60, $75 for it?  Try a rollerball.  It’ll cost you around $20 and by the time it runs out, you can move on to the newest scent, or be sure that you love it enough to feel comfortable spending the money.

Many stores also give away free samples with your purchases.  Sephora does this if you order online.  Most brands at department stores give you little goodies if you spend a certain amount–a free makeup bag, a small lip gloss.  The online skin care and makeup brand Paula’s Choice gives three samples of your choice when you order online (no matter how little you spend).

Behold, a small selection of my sample booty.
