Love It: Bio-Oil

Featured photo credit

Several months back I was cruising through my local Costco and a product called Bio-Oil caught my attention.  I decided, what the heck.  I’ll give it a try.  I’m so glad I did.  I’ve had bumps on the back of my arms, aka “chicken skin”, since I was a little girl.  It bothered me in my teenage years, but into my twenties my life got hectic enough that it turned into a mild nuisance.  Still, no harm in trying to improve it, right?  Bio-Oil has softened the skin on the back of my arms to the point that there is a noticeable difference now, and I only use it once a day, not the recommended twice.  There are still bumps, but not as many, and the oil makes my skin feel like silk.  During the winter months, when my skin gets really dry, I look forward to using it everywhere that needs a little extra love.

Bio Oil – $11.99 to 27.99 retail

Pamper your skin

This product is formulated with plant extracts and skin nurturing vitamins suspended in oil.  It’s made with an ingredient called PurCellin Oil, that changes the consistency of the overall product and helps to absorb fast (really fast) without an oily residue left behind.  It’s won multiple awards, many for stretch mark maintenance and recovery.  It’s a great product, and I love it!

bio oil was recommended after surgery by my surgeon that barely left a scar in the first place. After the bio oil there’s no scar at all. cool that it just caught your eye but when the surgeon raves about it it definitely got my attention.
