Friend Recommends: Aveda Dry Remedy Conditioner

Today our recommendation comes from friend Renae, whom I told, after she sent me her write-up: “I’m not sure if your sense of humor will translate for people who don’t know you.” However, I decided to let Renae’s freak flag fly (I bet you didn’t know there was a second spelling for the word “probably”). Have at it, girl.
What is the name of the product, and where can you get it?
Aveda Dry Remedy Conditioner. It’s a deep conditioner for one’s hair. Get it at salons where Aveda is sold. A little hint: many salons have regularly scheduled Aveda sales, so if one employs strategery, one can often get it at a discount. For example, my salon offers 20% off Aveda products almost every Monday.
What does the product do?
This product smooths the frizzies caused by dry and broken hair.
How long have you been using it?
I’ve been using it once a week for a couple of years.
Why do you love it?
Why is it different from other products you’ve used?
It’s different because it doesn’t weigh down my fine hair and make it look greasy. (Even though I am a grease-ball).
How long does a single bottle last for you? How much do you use each time?
A tube lasts me several months (prolly five or six), using less than a quarter size blob each time.
