Going Outfits: Black and White
In the next couple months, black and white ensembles are going to be THE trend. Apparently the fashion industry is tired of all the bright colors we’ve enjoyed in the last couple years. Boo! Though we’re moving away from the cheeriness of color, black and white is always such a safe combo, and any black and white pieces you have in your wardrobe can usually be used from season to season, regardless of trends. To follow, three black and white outfits for three different occasions.
Banana Republic has a bunch of new arrivals this week. The BR Honeycomb Sweater Skirt – $68.60 ($98)with code BRSAVE30 is so elegant and beautiful. It’s a soft cotton/cashmere blend, plus it has an elasticized waist band for extra comfort. The Old Navy Womens Roll Cuff Blouse – $20 ($29.94) is such a great price even though many reviewers say it looks and feels like real silk. Tons of other colors available if you’re not feeling the black. Pearls are a great investment. I know, they’re not exactly cutting edge fashion, but they’re so beautiful and classic, and they will NEVER go out of style. This White Cultured Freshwater Pearl Necklace – $129.99 ($179.99) is an extraordinary deal considering the size of the pearls (8-9mm) and the fact that you’re getting a double strand. Finally, these beautiful pumps by Tommy Hilfiger Raine - $79 are amazing in Sand/Black, and also incorporate the cap toe trend.
