DDF Ultra Lite Oil Free Moisturizing Dew Review

DDF Ultra Lite Oil Free Moisturizing Dew

Refreshing Dew

Gotta’ love a good moisturizer.  Especially one that, even when you try your best to break away from it due to cost, it just keeps drawing you back in because it’s that good.  My current daytime go to is Origins Vitazing (I’ve made no secret of this).  But, Vitazing has a tint to it, and I could use a good non-tinted moisturizer to fall back on.

This current recommendation comes from our friend Tara, a 30-something meeting planner with very beautiful skin.  Perhaps this product has something to do with it?  Her skin shows little to no signs of aging (I say no signs, but she, being a woman, may say differently).  But enough about her skin, let’s let Tara get to the point…

What is the name of the product and where can you get it?

DDF Ultra-Lite Oil-Free Moisturizing Dew, SPF 15.  I purchase DDF products from Sephora or Nordstrom.  You can also order online directly from their website. (The full clutch editors tried to find the product at the Sephora and Nordstrom websites, but it’s no longer available online through them (check in store)!  The moisturizer is definitely available directly from DDF’s website).

What does the product do?

The name says it all, it’s a facial moisturizer with SPF 15.

How long have you been using it?

I’ve been using it for the past six years.  I like to try new products (and it would be nice to find a cheaper moisturizer!) but I always end up going back to this one.

Why is it different from other products you’ve used?

I’ve tried a lot of moisturizers and they always leave my skin looking and feeling oily.  This product absorbs quickly and leaves my skin healthy and smooth.

Why do you love it?

In addition to making my face feel great, I love that it’s fragrance and dye free!  It’s also lightweight and doesn’t cause my skin to breakout.

Sounds like a great product, right?  If you want to try it, you might want to act fast.  The fact that it’s no longer available online at big retailers, combined with a comment left in the reviews on the DDF website stating that it was heard that this product might be discontinued, might spell doom for the ones that love this moisturizer.  Tara, there will be shoulders for you to cry on should this occur!

Have you tried this product from DDF?  Did you have success, or did it not work for you?  Leave it in the comments…
